A “fitted” tank means the pipe-work (calmed inlet, filter and connectors) within the tank and spigot connections are pre-installed.
The telescopic lid (aka neck & lid) are normally separated to avoid damage during transport. It’s a push fit job to get it to fit onto the tank neck. There is a rubber seal towards the bottom, which ensures a tight fit. The telescopic part is then pulled up to the required level and the backfill supports this extension. It is also good practice to run a bead of silicon around the inside, where the upper part slides over the lower part.

This range of UK-Manufactured underground water tanks has been scientifically designed to maximise strength whilst minimising their carbon footprint.
The water tanks are suitable for any application that calls for underground storage of water or other non-corrosive liquids.
Tanks are rotary moulded from high-quality polyethylene in the UK, mimising their transportation environmental impact.
Tanks are designed so that they typically reduce the depth of dig by around 500mm compared to their conventional equivalents.
Options and Accessories
Telescopic neck and 600mm diameter dome
The telescopic neck can be extended by up to 300mm and can be tilted in any direction by up to 5 degrees.
All tank sizes come with at least one generously sized 600mm diameter tank dome designed to take a range of filter and pump configurations.
For safety & access this tank is now manufactured with a second neck.
Delivery 2 - 3 weeks special order
*Deliveries please note it is the customers responsibility to ensure safe, adequate access, turning space and provide their own off loading facilities. Off loading of heavy items should be made by fork lift or similar heavy lifting equipment. If there is any doubt about delivery access or off loading please contact us to discuss the options available.*
